I have loved architecture and design since I was in high school.  When I was young, it always fascinated me to go to friend's houses and see different floor plans and decorating styles.  As I grew older, I never lost that passion and excitement.  A few months out of college and into my first architectural job, I convinced my firm to buy rendering software and led my firm in providing our clients with valuable marketing images.  As I grew into a project manager, my organizational skills and drive helped me as I worked on complex projects.  

A few years ago, my husband and I had our 1st son.  I decided to work from home and start my own business so that I could spend more time with our little boy.  I have had the opportunity to continue to work for my previous, commercial firm part-time. I also have gained residential and commercial clients of my own.  We were recently blessed with a second son.  I feel I have the best of both worlds right now (working from home in a career I fully enjoy, and soaking up time with my two little boys) and am excited for what the future might hold.

I attended College at North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota where I earned a Bachelor of Science - Environmental Design Degree and a Master of Architecture Degree.   In 2014, I passed all applicable tests and became a Licensed Architect in the State of Colorado.

· Managed projects in all phases from Conceptual Design through Construction

· Assembled drawing sets in all phases of design from preparing and submitting drawing sets for      review by Building Department and Planning and Zoning divisions through administering Construction Administration services

· Used problem solving and creativity in the design of building interiors and exteriors

· Adapted to working on a large variety of project types including, but not limited to:

· Assisted in the design and creation of construction documents of four transit stations within the Eagle P3 Project – Federal Boulevard Station, Sheridan Boulevard Station, Arvada Ridge Station, and Ward Road Station. 

· Attended and participated in design team and community meetings

 I LOVE designing.  In addition to my design skills and attention to detail, I provide you the ability to see the finished project before material procurement and construction begins.  This is a valuable tool that can help prevent costly revisions during construction.  My passion and excitement about creating beautiful, functional spaces will be apparent when you work with me.
